Visas
In countries where Travel Agencies connected to the Conference Center cannot be found, participants must carry out by themselves all legal procedures to obtain Visa, which is indispensable to arrive in our country .You can request your visa at the Cuban Consulate in your country. We suggest you send to the Organizing Committee in Cuba a passport photocopy which clearly shows your place and date of birth, nationalty, as well as passport number, validity, date and place where it was issued, in order to help you throughout this procedure.

Copa Aerlines, Official Carrier of the Event 
Copa Airlines, the official carrier of the event, is offering all participants who book at Copa Airlines offices a Special Discount of the public fee available at the 40 destinations in 21countries in South America, Central America, the Caribbean and North America.
To make this Discount effective, the passenger must present a participation-proving document issued either by the organizing committee or by the organizing institution of the event.
